I was supposed to post something on this blog approximately two weeks ago. To be honest, I got completely side-tracked by everything else that I was working on. I’ve had a highly productive few weeks. One of the main reasons that I forgot to write my own post was because I was focused on formulating a guest post for another health blog: NutrilifeIQ. It’s about the four main factors that contribute to our well-being and can be found here. So anyone who’s craving a bit of Pure Therapy-style information should follow the link.
Before I go, I want to say a huuuuuuge thank you to everyone who made topic suggestions in the comments of my second to last post. Now I have so many topics in advance planned for next year. I can’t explain how much I appreciate the help I received and how happy I was to see people following this blog. Thanks to that, I was able to reach 25 followers. It might not seem like a lot to some people but it means a lot to me, knowing that at least 25 of you made yourself known to me. My next target is 50 followers. Having half a hundred followers on my hijama (cupping) and health blog would be beautiful. So if you haven’t already followed, you know where the follow button is. If not, just ask. I’ll help you. To those who celebrated Christmas and those who were just enjoying time off work or any other commitments, I hope you had a great day!
